Introduction In today’s generation, the students might have difficulty in learning for a number of reasons, there are some important factors that affects student learning are intellectual factors, Teaching and learning methods, physical, mental, social and emotional, teachers personality, environmental factors, peers, electronic gadgets, Parents and home factors and individual factors. 1)       Intellectual factors The student success is usually  related to their IQ level, the student with low IQ level have difficulty in mastering the subject and the learning is difficult to them and the students with more IQ level can perform better than others. The word maths makes many students hatred or fear the reason behind this dislike are many, each student have a different opinion to dislike maths.  After being a maths teacher for 1 year, I have seen many students in the class who are not all interested in maths and the attitude they show towards maths.when i enter to the class the students show an unpleasant expression which discourages me to teach and enquired them why they don't like mathematics student responded them as because their previous teacher was very strict and that teacher use to punish them if they don't do the assignment or don't remember the formula related to the concept teaching and also that teacher only do so many problems on the board without explaining the concepts properly. Most of the students only learn math only to pass the exams and not for higher studies and they believe that maths can be studied only by the genius  students.we can solve this problem by making an interesting lesson plan

Classroom  Management The main problem of many teachers  is how to manage their classroom.It is very difficult to manage a classroom since each students are different they h ave different attitudes and interest towards learning a subject. Classroom management refers to the way in which teacher controls and maintains the students behaviour and learning process in the classroom. In the classroom you would come across many students who are very vibrant and energetic and some of them who are very silent in class  and never interacts with the class. when teachers enters to the class they might have decided what to do in the class but because of student's disturbance and doubts the teacher's may not be able to execute whatever planned to do in that class. Students inside the classroom they are not only learning certain concepts but they are learning discipline manners and they are also improving their thinking and creative skills this depends upon the teachers attitude
